VantagePost

Data Deletion

You can remove the access VantagePost keeps for the accounts you connect, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, WordPress, or Google Search Console. You can also ask us to delete your account and the data we keep about you.

Disconnect an account in Settings

  1. Sign in and open Settings → Integrations.
  2. Find the account you want to remove and click Disconnect.
  3. If VantagePost asks you to confirm, click Disconnect again.

Disconnecting deletes the tokens, keys, or passwords VantagePost stored for that account, so VantagePost can no longer post to it or read from it. If the account still shows as Connected afterwards, click Disconnect once more.

Only a workspace owner or admin can disconnect an account that is connected for the whole workspace. If you can't disconnect an account yourself, for example because your plan has ended and you can't open Settings, email support@vantagepost.ai and we'll disconnect it for you.

Disconnecting does not delete the content you created in VantagePost, the posts and articles already published to that service, or the records VantagePost keeps of what it published, such as links to published posts and the Google Search Console data it has already imported. Delete published posts on the service itself. To have the rest deleted, ask us as described below.

Remove VantagePost's access on the service

For most services, disconnecting in VantagePost does not withdraw the permission you gave it there. To withdraw it, remove VantagePost in the settings of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or your Google account. For WordPress, Prismic, or Luma, delete the application password, token, or API key you created for VantagePost.

Ask us to delete your account and data

To have your VantagePost account and the data we keep about you deleted, email support@vantagepost.ai from the address you sign in with. We may need to verify your identity before we complete the request.

When we delete your account, we delete your personal information and the tokens, keys, and passwords stored for every account you connected. We may keep information we need to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security, as our Privacy Policy explains.
